• To get the product replaced, costumer should intimidate us through mail within 24 hours of product delivery to parnami.beautypalace@gmail.com. The consumer must attach pictures clearly stating the issue.
  • The product has to be sent back to the address of origin for the replacement process to start.
  • After we receive the package, our support team will check the product for its condition as mentioned in the mail.
  • A fresh product or refund will be issued based on our assessment of the product within 7 days of our product receipt.
  • Replacement or refund can be made under the following circumstances:
    1. The product you ordered is different from the product you received.
    2. The product you received is damaged or open.
  • Return or replacement can not be made under following circumstances:
    1. The product is not required anymore.
    2. Notification about the damage not made within 24 hours of product delivery.
    3. Product not similar to the pictures as shared by client in the above mentioned mail.
